After an accident we check not only neck and back pain but also headache, dizziness, indigestion, nausea, fatigue, and areas that already hurt before.
We check the date of injury and how the accident happened, the painful areas and tenderness, range of motion, and the muscle groups and spinal regions involved.
Depending on constitution and symptoms, we review and use acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping, Chuna manual therapy, pharmacopuncture and bee venom pharmacopuncture, Korean medicine physical therapy, and tailored herbal medicine.
If you have the accident report number or the contact details of your insurance representative, we will check the payment coverage and the covered items. Conditions that existed before the accident, or symptoms with no causal link to the accident, may be difficult to cover, so we will explain this during your consultation.
Payment coverage confirmation is the procedure by which an insurer confirms to a medical institution that it will pay the accident-related treatment costs. If you give us the accident report number or the contact details of the other party's insurance representative, the clinic will check the scope of the coverage and the covered items. Not all symptoms and treatments are processed automatically, so the scope and the period must be checked at registration.
If the accident is handled through the other party's insurance, prepare the other insurer's claim number or the contact details of the handler. If fault has not been decided, if it was a single-vehicle accident, or if you are using your own insurance, a claim with your own insurer may be needed. This can differ from accident to accident, so if you do not have a claim number, please check with the insurer first about who will handle it.
Before a settlement, it is good to check the remaining symptoms, the care you will need, and the scope of fee coverage. After a settlement, auto insurance may be hard to apply, or out-of-pocket costs may arise. Because each settlement differs, please check with the insurer who will bear later treatment costs before you decide.
You may use a medical institution and a Korean medicine clinic together, but overlapping care or cost handling on the same day may be restricted. If it overlaps with care at another Korean medicine clinic, you must say in advance whether you will claim insurance. Please mention the tests you have already had and your treatment schedule when you register, and also check the scope of concurrent care with your insurer.
At registration we confirm the accident claim number, date of birth, and the insurer's payment authorization.
We treat with physical therapy, acupuncture, pharmacopuncture, Chuna manual therapy, moxibustion, and cupping, and adjust the treatment at each visit according to where the pain has shifted.
We also check headache, dizziness, indigestion, nausea, lethargy, psychological shock, and areas that were painful before.
We check the date of injury and how the accident happened, the painful areas and tenderness, range of motion, muscle groups, and spinal level, and we check whether you were treated at another medical clinic or Korean medicine clinic after the accident, any existing neck or back diagnoses and surgical history, long-standing conditions and long-term medications, and current medications, and then explain the treatment.
After checking your constitution and symptoms, we consider the care you need among Korean medicine physical therapy, acupuncture, moxibustion and cupping, Chuna manual therapy, pharmacopuncture and bee venom pharmacopuncture, and personalized herbal medicine.
Along with neck and back pain, please also tell us about headache, dizziness, indigestion, nausea, lethargy, psychological shock, and any areas that hurt before.

Payment coverage confirmation is the process by which the insurer confirms it will pay accident-related medical costs, but it does not automatically include every symptom and treatment. The link to the accident, and the scope and period of coverage, need to be checked at registration.
You can use a medical clinic and a Korean medicine clinic together, but same-day duplicate treatment or cost processing may be limited, and treatment that overlaps with another Korean medicine clinic requires prior notice. Please share your existing tests and treatment schedule, and confirm the scope of coverage with your insurer.
